Audio from the natural world

Field recordings, atmospheres, and soundscapes shaped by forests, weather, water, and the quiet details of outdoor life.

The audio side of Nordic Forest Echoes is focused on capturing the sound of real places.

Through field recording, I document natural environments and the subtle details that define them — wind moving through trees, birds in the distance, water flowing over stone, rain on leaves, and the layered textures of the outdoors. My aim is not simply to record isolated sounds, but to preserve atmosphere, space, and presence.

Some recordings are presented as natural soundscapes, while others may become part of future creative projects such as sound libraries, sound packs, ambient pieces, or documentary work. Whether recorded in deep woodland, along quiet paths, or near streams and open landscapes, each recording begins with careful listening.

This work is rooted in patience, observation, and a respect for the environment being recorded.
