Autumn Woodland in Mist

Autumn woodland in soft mist, with golden leaves, dark trunks and a damp forest floor covered in bracken and leaf litter. A quiet forest scene shaped by moisture, muted light and seasonal change.

The oak woodland at Hofsnäs in Tranemo Municipality was in full autumn colour, with light mist lingering between the trunks beneath an overcast sky. I listened to water droplets and acorns falling to the forest floor, their small sounds mingling among the trees. Golden leaves and damp bracken made the woodland feel especially inviting.
